The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.344 of 2004 instituted by Ram Nayan, predecessor-in-interest of petitioners 1/1 and 1/2 and petitioner no.2 Jagdish against the defendant- respondents 2 to 5 expeditiously.
Learned standing counsel Sri Vishal Kakkar is present on behalf of respondent no.1.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2004, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
