Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Neeraj Dube, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
The petitioners contend that part of their land has been utilised/acquired for the road widening of National Highway No. 29 (Varanasi-Mau-Gorakhpur). But they have not been paid any compensation.
The petitioners are permitted to make a representation in this regard to the respondent No.5 who will consider the case of the petitioners and after examining the true and correct facts may ensure the payment of compensation, if any, due to the petitioners if their land have been so acquired.
