The cause sought to be agitated in this petition for writ can very well be adjudicated by the executive authorities, if pointed out to them adequately.
The petitioner before approaching this Court though have submitted representations to the Chief Minister and the Divisional Commissioner of the division concerned but not to the District Magistrate, who as a matter of fact is the authority competent.
The petitioner is at liberty to ventilate his grievance by way of submitting a representation to the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
