Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The plaintiff-respondents Ist set has obtained interim injunction in O.S. No. 471 of 2011 (Reeta and others vs. Anwar and others).
The objections of the petitioner to the interim injunction application are not being decided and are pending for several years.
The petitioner has preferred this petition for a direction to the court below to decide the application (Paper No. 7C) filed in the above suit on consideration of his objections expeditiously within a time bound period.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kushinagar, to consider and decide the above application (Paper No. 7C) in accordance with law, expeditiously if possible within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
