1. Mr. Satyendra Ch. Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent and Mr. Shailendra Singh learned counsel representing respondents 7 to 11 are present.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioners stated that he does not want to press this writ petition and same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to petitioners to approach the appropriate authority in view of Division Bench Judgement in Special Appeal No. 202 of 2018 (Sumitra Singh Vs. State of U.P. and 6 others).
3. Aforesaid submission is not objected by learned Standing Counsel.
4. It is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
