Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 25.4.2018 passed by Additional District and session Judge Court No. 5, Ballia in Session Trial 175 of 2017 (State Vs. Prem Kumar and others under Section 147, 323, 325, 308, 504 & 506 IPC Police Station Shahtawar district Ballia whereby the discharge application moved by the petitioners has been rejected by the court below.
I have perused the record and find that the court below after considering at length the various injurises caused in the head as well as fracture of the right arm and other injurises sustained by the injured has passed the impugned order.
In view thereof, I do not find any illegality or irregularity in the impugned order. The petition has no force and it is liable to be dismissed.
Dismissed.
