Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the contempt application may be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to take remedy under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code by filing proper petition impleading necessary and proper parties including Gaon Sabha.
The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
