Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Allahabad to decide the Civil Suit No. 3392 of 2014 (Dhirendra Singh Yadav Vs. Ram Naresh Yadav and another) within a stipulated period.
The case of the petitioner is that his brother has filed suit for participation in the year 2014 and in which an interim order of status quo was also passed on 24.12.2014 but till date, suit has not been decided by the Court below.
Considering the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to decide the suit expeditiously, preferably if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of the order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
