Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 1 (Tehsildar-Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar) to consider and decide the Case No. 807/3202/98 U/s 35 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 (Ram Naresh and others Vs. Mutabiya) pending since 12.11.1998 within short stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 1998.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
In case, necessity arises, the respondent no. 1 may hear the matter on a day to day basis so as to pass final orders within the time specified above.
