This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to consider and decide the Mutation Case No. 1387 (Ram Naresh vs. Bhagwat) in proceedings under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is pending since 15.06.2005."
It has been submitted that the mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2005.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 Tehsildar, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District-Kushinagar to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
