Heard counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is being filed seeking following relief:
"Issue a, writ petition, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the court below, Sub Divisional magistrate, Tehsil Lalganj, District Azamgarh to decide the Case No. 2474 of 2015 (Computer Case No T20141506042474) (Ram Naresh Versus Jairam), Under Section 176 U.P. Z.A. and L.R. Act, pending in the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Lalganj, District Azamgarh (Respondent no. 2), expeditiously if possible within stipulated period."
A perusal of the order sheet which has been appended to the writ petition reveals that although the suit for partition had been filed in the year 2015 no final decision has been taken in the matter.
Under the circumstances the writ petition is disposed of directing the trial court to endeavour to deice the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 18 months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before it.
