The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 04.12.2014 passed in Writ Petition No.52588 of 2014 (Smt Razeena Bano and others Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Girish Chandra Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant that the order of the writ court has been complied with and prays that the present contempt application be dismissed having become infrctuous.
Prayer is accepted.
Accordingly, the contempt application be dismissed as having become infrctuous.
