The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide impleadment application of the petitioners bearing paper no. 80C2 pending in Original Suit No. 390 of 1995.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that dates are being fixed regularly for disposal of the said application. But since the court is lying vacant, the application could not be disposed of.
Consequently, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as a Presiding Officer is posted in the court, he shall make endeavour to decide the application, expeditiously by fixing short dates.
