Heard Sri Phool Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mahboob Ahmad, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Against the recovery certificate dated 27.09.2018, the petitioner may submit his objection within next seven days. The authority concerned may decide the objection within seven days thereafter.
For a period of 15 days or till the objection of the petitioner is decided, whichever is earlier, no coercive action may be taken against the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
A copy of the order may be given to Sri Mahboob Ahmad, learned counsel for the Power Corporation within next 24 hours for communication and necessary compliance.
