Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for State.
The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Chaprauli, District Baghpat.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The prosecution story is false and fake. He further submitted that the applicant is 60 years old and he has been falsely implicated only on account of the fact that he is the witness of deed. There is no public witness of the transaction.
Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail application and submitted that the applicant is habitual and earlier he has committed the similar offence in district Moradabad.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the informant, and after perusing the averments made in the present anticipatory bail application as well as rejection order, this Court is of the opinion, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the applicant is hereby rejected.
