Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
In spite of being retired, the leave encashment of 300 days and G.I.S. have not been extended to the petitioner despite various representations having been made before the authority concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.4 to consider the claim of the petitioner with regard to entitlement of leave encashment and GIS and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order along with a fresh representation is presented before the authority concerned.
