Notices on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 and 4 have been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel, while Shri K.S. Pawar, learned counsel, who has accepted notices on behalf of opposite parties no. 2, 3 and 5, has put in appearance on their behalf.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially appointed on 01.01.1976 as Seasonal Clerk in Cooperative Can Development Union Ltd., Mankapur, District Gonda and has been working since then. His services have been terminated by means of impugned order dated 07.04.2012 passed by the Secretary of the Union, who has no authority/ jurisdiction to pass the said order.
Shri K.S. Pawar, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 2, 3 and 5 prays for and is granted one week's time to seek instruction in the matter as well as to produce the record on 03.05.2012.
