The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case No.364 of 2006 (Jawahir Vs. Ran Narayan) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushinagar may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.364 of 2006 (Jawahir Vs. Ran Narayan) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
