Heard Sri Anil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pawan Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the FIR dated 14.4.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 205 of 2018 under Section 308 and 323 IPC, P.S. Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra.
Learned A.G.A. pointed out that petitioner no. 2 appears to be minor as per averment made in paragraph 10 of the petition and still he has been arrayed in the parties.
This petition is accordingly, rejected with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh.
