The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the first respondent to decide Adjudication Case No.35 of 2015 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the matter is getting adjourned, as the post of Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Allahabad is lying vacant.
The instant petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that as soon as a Presiding Officer is posted, it shall be open to him to request the incumbent to decide the matter expeditiously. In that event, the incumbent shall make all endeavour to decide the proceedings expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
