In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has received instructions, a copy of which has been handed over to the Court and is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that the reference proceedings have already been decided by the order dated 21.09.2021 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation/Chief Revenue Officer, District Deoria. A copy of the order has also been annexed with the instructions.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a recall application in case the facts stated in the instructions are not correct and shall also be at liberty to challenge, if so advised, the order dated 21.09.2021.
