Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Respondents and Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and perused the records.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the complaint of the petitioner be treated as an application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and be decided in accordance with law.
Under such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the application of the petitioner till date has not been registered under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the same shall be registered and be decided in accordance with law within the time provided by the statute.
