Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing to respondent no.2 to decide the Case No. 219/T201915510200825 (Ram Nagina Vs. Anrudh and others), under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code to within stipulated period"
Petitioner is aggrieved as his demarcation application filed in the year 2016 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2/Assistant Collector Pargana Avam Tehsil Ghosi, District Mau to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
