Mr. Sharad Dwivedi, learned counsel for appellant informs that he has no instructions from the appellant.
Mr. Ram Kushal Tiwari, learned counsel for respondents no. 1 and 2 informs that respondents no. 4 and 5 have died. There is office report also to this effect.
Service of notice upon respondents no. 3 and 6 is sufficient but no one has appeared on behalf of respondents no. 3 and 6.
The Court vide order dated 30.5.2019 and 31.7.2019 had granted time to learned counsel for appellant to seek instructions and take necessary steps.
Since the counsel for appellant has no instructions in the matter, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
