The petitioner is claiming that he has purchased 140 sq. meter of land and is entitle for its compensation on acquisition.
It appears that the land was purchased by the petitioner on 04.01.2016 but the name of the previous owner continues to appear in the revenue records. Therefore, the apprehension of the petitioner is that she may not get the compensation.
The pleadings as made in the writ petition reveal that till date no award has been made and as such the question of payment of the compensation to any person does not arise.
The petitioner may appear before the competent authority and stake his claim for compensation and in case any dispute in this regard arises the same may be referred for adjudication to the proper authority.
In view of above, we do not find that the petitioner may entitle any relief in this claim.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
