Heard Sri Ajeet Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come up before this Court with the prayer that the order dated 04.12.2018 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) Shahganj, District Jaunpur in Case No.1346 of 2018 (Ram Murat Vs. Raj Bahadur) is not being complied with by the respondent no.1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed an application under order 39 Rule 2A C.P.C. before the court concerned. Copy of which has been enclosed at page 31 of the writ petition.
It appears from the record that the copy which has been annexed at page 31 of the writ petition, is not an authenticated copy.
In view of the above, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil court for any disobedience, in accordance with law.
