Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on start of consolidation operations, the petitioner was possessed of two Plots namely Plots No. 16 and 45/2. By the order passed by the Consolidation Officer, on an objection filed by the petitioner which was decided with several other objection, he was allotted a udan chak on Plots No. 17 and 18. The consequential appeal and revision have been dismissed. Hence this writ petition.
On a query made by the Court, counsel for the petitioner admits that the chak on Plots No. 17 and 18 also includes some area of the petitioner's original plot no. 16.
Under the circumstances, in my considered opinion, the allotment made in favour of the petitioner cannot be said to be of an udan chak, inasmuch as, some area of his original plot is also included, therein.
For the same reason, I do not find any merit in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
