The present writ petition has been filed against the orders dated 9.9.1987 and 16.4.1992 passed by respondent Nos. 1 and 2, whereby the dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 3 to 10 was remanded back to the concerned Consolidation Officer to consider the same and pass fresh orders.
No interim order was granted by this Court to the petitioners.
It appears that the present writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
However, in case the cause of action for filing the present writ petition still survives, the petitioner shall have the liberty to file recall application praying for recall of the present order.
