The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No. 1090 of 2018 expeditiously.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that service of summons was held to be sufficient upon the defendants by order dated 12.03.2019.
Having regard to the said fact, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
