Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State-opposite party.
I do not find any merit in this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. warranting interference in exercise of inherent jurisdiction of this Court insofar as applicant Nos. 1 and 4 (Ram Murat Gupta and Ram Din Prajapati) are concerned.
Application is accordingly dismissed in respect of applicant Nos. 1 and 4.
Admit.
Issue notice to respondent no.2.
List after service of notice before the appropriate Bench.
Till further orders of this Court, further proceedings in Special Trial No.300 of 2017 (State Vs. Ram Murat Gupta and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0137 of 2016 under Section 387 IPC and Section 3(1)10 of the S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station- Attarra, District Banda pending in the Court of Special Judge S.C./S.T. Act, Banda insofar as applicant nos. 2 & 3 namely Smt. Saroj and Km. Arti are concerned shall remain stayed.
Insofar as applicant Nos. 1 and 4 are concerned the proceedings will continue as per law.
