The report of the O.S.D. (Criminal) based upon the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur dated 28.1.2019 indicates that the appellant Ram Moorat Yadav has expired 16 years ago and appellant Ram Bachan @ Bacchan has expired 6 years ago. In this regard an enquiry was conducted as per circular of this court. As such the appeal has lost its efficacy stands abated. The appeal be consigned to record.
