In the meanwhile, the petitioners be permitted to submit the application offline in pursuance to the advertisement dated 05.12.2018. Further they be permitted to participate in the Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination-2019. The participation of the petitioners in the examination shall not create any substantive right in their favour.
