Heard Sri Devesh Saxena, learned counsel for the applicant.
An affidavit of compliance has been filed, whereby an order passed on 12.04.2018 in purported compliance of the direction issued by the Writ Court, has been brought on record.
Counsel for the applicant tried to contend that the order has been anti-dated to show compliance of the direction issued by the Writ Court.
This Court declines to go into such plea, as concededly a decision has been taken examining the claim of the applicant. In case, the applicant feels aggrieved thereby, it shall be open to him to challenge the decision and in which event, it would also be open to him to raise plea relating to anti-dating of the order.
The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
