JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A.No.14197 of 2012) This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner is that at the time of filing of present writ petition, certain relevant facts could not be brought on record and, therefore, prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
