This is a second petition of the petitioner in respect of recovery of loan obtained by the petitioner from the respondent bank.
The first petition bearing Writ-C No.62707 of 2017was disposed of by order dated 04.01.2018 by giving liberty to the petitioner to deposit the amount in installments.
The second petition has been filed by alleging that the respondent bank has failed to comply with its obligation under the order passed by this Court earlier.
Be that as it may, in case there is any fraction on the part of the respondent bank, the appropriate course for the petitioner is to file for initiation of contempt proceeding, if so advised. However, on the same cause of action, a second petition cannot be entertained.
Subject to above, the petition is disposed of.
