The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Revision No. 316 of 2010-2011 (Ram Lal vs. Manoj Kumar & others) be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No. 316 of 2010- 2011 shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
