This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 20.8.2008 and the entire proceeding of the Case No. 575 of 2008 (Triveni Prasad vs. Ram Lal and others), U/s 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur, P.S. Vindhyachal, District Mirzapur Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 18.9.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order stands vacated.
