1. Heard Ms. Bharti Kashyap, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ranjit Saxena, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri U.S. Singh Visen, learned counsel appearing for respondents and perused the material available on record.
2. Petitioner is challenging order dated 15.06.2002 whereby petitioner has been retrenched and certain benefits in the light of provisions of Section 6N(b) of U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P. Act, 1947") has been paid to him.
3. However, I find that remedy lies to petitioner before Adjudicatory forum under the provisions of U.P. Act, 1947. Hence, I do not find any reason to interfere in the impugned order since aforesaid statutory remedy is available to him.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
