Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Kushwaha, who has accepted notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Sri V.K. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he retired while working for the U.P. State Bridge Corporation on 31.08.2016. There is no disciplinary proceeding pending against him, yet his Gratuity and Group Insurance have not yet been paid till date. He has already made a representation in this regard to the respondent No. 3.
The respondent No. 3 is directed to send a report to the respondent No. 2 who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner within a period of six weeks form the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him along with report sent by the respondent No. 3.
The respondent No. 2 shall also ensure that all dues admissible to the petitioner are paid to him within a period of six weeks thereafter.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off.
