The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that he is not being considered for promotion to the post of Assistant Clerk under the promotional quota in the institution even though a requisition and recommendation has been sent by the Committee of Management of the institution for the said purpose. In this regard, the petitioner has filed a representation before the District Inspector of Schools, Ghazipur on 7.11.2020 and it has been stated in the writ petition that no action or decision is being taken by the District Inspector of Schools, Ghazipur on the said representation of the petitioner.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the District Inspector of Schools, Ghazipur is directed to decide the aforesaid representation dated 7.11.2020 filed by the petitioner and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
