Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Kritika Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The limited relief pressed before us by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is that an appropriate direction may be issued to the District Magistrate, Bareilly/respondent No.2 to decide their pending representation, contained in Annexure No.8 to the petition, within a fixed time-frame.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Bareilly to decide their pending request of the petitioner, referred to above, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
