None responds for the petitioner to press this writ petition.
Heard learned Standing counsel and perused the record.
By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed to direct the opposite parties not to dispossess the petitioners from the land in question till the application for mutation pending before the Tehsildar Fatehpur, District Barabanki is finally decided.
Accordingly, we direct Tehsildar Fatehpur, District Barabanki to decide the mutation proceedings, which is pending in pursuance of the application moved by the petitioners on 22.12.2007, expeditiously say within a period of three months, after affording the opportunity of hearing to the parties.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
