After the matter was heard at length, Shri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has come up with a request that this writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn. Shri Diwakar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.4 is also present.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn but with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh at an appropriate stage after conforming to the requirements of law as laid down under Rule 22 of 2016 Rules under U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
