The application filed by the petitioner under Section 101 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mehnagar, District-Azamgarh.
It is therefore, directed that the application would be disposed of within two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Since the petitioner has admitted in the application that he was ready to exchange his land in plot no. 143 with the Gaon Sabha land 840-E(M), the local officials are deeming irregular possession of the petitioner over Gaon Sabha land.
Till the application is decided or for a period of two months, whichever is earlier, status quo as of today shall be maintained.
The writ petition is disposed of.
