Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By the instant writ petition, petitioner, a Revenue Inspector, is assailing the order of punishment imposed under the Uttar Pradesh Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the order is appealable under the Uttar Pradesh Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999. This fact is not being disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view thereof, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with the Rules.
