The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Appeal being Case No. 00324 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. C202005000000324) filed against the order dated 3.1.2020 passed under Section 24 the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal being Case No. 00324 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. C202005000000324) filed against the order dated 3.1.2020 passed under Section 24 the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
