A prayer had been made for issuing a mandamus to the Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to expedite the disposal of appeal no. 1505 of 2015. The court concerned has not been made a party in the writ petition.
Therefore, no mandamus can be issued.
The writ petition, is therefore, defective and is dismissed.
