This is second contempt petition. Earlier, contempt petition being Contempt Application (Civil) No. 3973 of 2018 was dismissed as the applicant failed to show wilful and deliberate disobedience of the writ court order.
I have perused the order sheet with the assistance of learned counsel for the applicant.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out wilful and deliberate disobedience of the writ court order.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
