It is submitted that the proceedings under Section 145(1)/146(1) Cr.P.C are pending before the Court below since 2009.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to conclude the aforesaid proceedings within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
