The petitioners are claiming relaxation in the age bar for being considered for promotion to the post of supervisor from the post of Aganwari Karyakartri. The age bar is 50 years. Admittedly, the petitioners have crossed the age of 50 years. That being the case no relief can be granted to the petitioners. The writ petition has no merit and is accordingly dismissed.
